Support Channels at 66as
Reach the support team through whichever channel fits your situation. All routes go to the same team — there is no outsourced tier for Pakistani accounts.
Live Chat
The fastest route for account, deposit and withdrawal questions. Open the chat widget from any page — it connects you to an agent rather than a bot for account-specific issues.
Email Support
For detailed questions, document submissions or follow-ups on ongoing issues, email is the right channel. Include your account reference number so the team can pull your record without back-and-forth.
Mobile Help Access
The full Help section is accessible from the mobile lobby. If you are mid-session and a JazzCash or Easypaisa deposit has not reflected, open Help from the menu — no need to switch to desktop.
Slots, Live Tables and More
The 66as lobby is built around casino and slots as the main draw. You will find fan-favourite slots from Pragmatic Play — including Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza — alongside PG Soft titles like Mahjong Ways. Live casino rooms from Evolution cover Blackjack, Baccarat and Dragon Tiger with real dealers streamed directly to your screen. Crash games like Aviator and Crash Turbo give you a different pace altogether. RTP figures are shown only where the game provider makes them available — check the individual game panel for that detail.

How Your Account Is Protected
Security on 66as works in layers so your balance and personal details are not left exposed at any point in the account cycle.
Play on Any Screen
Whether you are on an Android phone, an iPhone or a desktop browser, the 66as lobby adjusts to your screen — same games, same wallet, same account access wherever you are.
Payment Methods for Pakistan
66as is built around the wallets Pakistan already uses. To deposit with JazzCash, open your JazzCash app, send to the account number displayed in the deposit screen and confirm with your wallet PIN — the balance usually reflects in your account within moments. Easypaisa works the same way through its own app. Raast is available for direct bank-to-bank transfers if you prefer that route. All three sit in the cashier alongside Bank Transfer and Debit Card. Withdrawals follow a verification step — your account details are confirmed before the funds move — which keeps your balance protected.
Full Lobby Access from Your Phone
The 66as lobby is optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS — no separate download needed. Open the site in Chrome or Safari, log in, and the full slot and live casino lobby loads in the same layout you would see on desktop. Players in Karachi heading home can pull up Slot ThunderSpin or check PSL cricket markets during a commute just as easily as those at a desktop. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits work natively through their respective apps, so funding your account is a switch-app-and-back process. Portrait and landscape modes both work; the navigation bar shifts to fit the screen.

How to Navigate the 66as Platform
The lobby is split into clear sections along the top navigation bar: Casino, Slots, Live Casino, Sportsbook and your Account. Tap Casino to see table games including Blackjack Winner's Table and Teen Patti Blitz. Head to Slots for the full reel-game catalogue sorted by studio and feature type. The Sportsbook tab puts cricket markets — PSL rounds, international test series and T20 fixtures — front and centre. Switching between sections does not reset your session or close any open game. To find a specific title quickly, use the search bar inside the lobby rather than scrolling the full catalogue.
Casino and Table Games
The Casino tab groups live tables and classic table games together. Blackjack Winner's Table, Teen Patti Blitz and Dragon Tiger are listed here alongside the full Evolution live dealer room catalogue.
Slots Catalogue
Slots are sorted by studio and by feature type. If you want Pragmatic Play titles specifically, filter by provider. Gates of Olympus, Slot Starfire and Mahjong Ways all appear under their respective studio tabs.
Sportsbook and Cricket
The Sportsbook section carries cricket markets as the headline category. PSL fixtures, international ODIs and T20 series appear here. Football Goalzone covers football. Markets are updated before each match day.
Your Account Area
Tap the profile icon to reach your wallet, deposit and withdrawal screens, transaction history and account settings. This is also where you update contact details or request account-related support from inside the platform.
